By accessing or using Pick Your Shift ("PYS"), including the Pick Your Shift - Employer application and Pick Your Shift - Job Seeker application (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
PYS operates two distinct applications:
Users must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Users must not:
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant PYS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Services.
All platform content, including design, logos, and software, is owned by PYS and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in that policy.
Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold PYS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where PYS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
